Allegiant Professional Business Services, Inc., formerly Tradeshow Products Inc., incorporated on August 4, 2005, provides staffing and business processing services to municipalities and small businesses principally in Southern California. The Company also provides a variety of financial services including: benefits and payroll administration, health and workers' compensation insurance programs, personnel records management, employer liability management, full time and temporary staffing services to small and medium-size businesses as well.. The Company's services allow its customers to outsource many human resource tasks, including payroll processing, workers' compensation insurance, health insurance, employee benefits, 401k investment services, personal financial management, and income tax consultation. Effective April 1, 2008, the Company acquired from Employment Systems, Inc. (ESI) certain client contracts including related obligations and certain office equipment leases.
Staffing services include on-demand or short-term staffing assignments, contract staffing, long-term or indefinite-term on-site management, and human resource administration. Short-term staffing involves client demands for employees caused by such factors as seasonality, fluctuations in customer demand, vacations, illnesses, parental leave and special projects. Contract staffing involves providing employees for its clients for a period of more than three months or an indefinite period. The Company's primary source of revenue is from temporary staffing.

Allegiant increases sales to $285M annualized.
ANAHEIM, Calif., July 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allegiant Professional Business Services Inc. (Pink Sheets: APRO) now employs 10,000 workers nationwide, representing Annualized sales of approximately $285M.
Reports from the Bureau of Labor Statistics report the median personal income in the US is $28,567. Based on this number, APRO is now processing approximately $285,670,000 in annual payroll.

Allegiant targets $18M in increased revenues over next 12 months due to Trucker benefit packages

Allegiant Professional Business Services Inc. is pleased to announce that it can now offer owner operator truck drivers a total solution including Workers Compensation coverage and a Health Plan for a combined low monthly fee.
According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the owner operator trucking industry has about 315,000 independent drivers, who independently serve a variety of businesses or lease their services and trucks to larger trucking companies.
David Goldberg, Allegiant's CEO, said, "In recent years, many states have increased the insurance requirements for truckers, making it difficult for them to find Workers Compensation coverage as independent truckers." Goldberg continued, "Along with our strategic partner, AMS Outsourcing, APRO will make available an individual Workers Compensation policy to independent drivers. We are targeting one percent of the available market of 315,000 owner operators. At this level, APRO revenues are expected to increase by approximately $18 million over the next twelve months."

David Goldberg has been Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer of Allegiant Professional Business Services, Inc. Mr. Goldberg is a former Directors of Championlyte Holdings, Inc., a public company, on February 11, 2003 and was appointed as its President on April 14, 2003. He also serves as Championlyte's Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. He devoted his full time to Championlyte. He was also the CEO of Championlyte Beverages, Inc., a subsidiary of Championlyte Holdings, Inc. Mr. Goldberg has fifteen years of sales and marketing experience in the real estate and property management industries. From May 1996 to May 2000, Mr. Goldberg was property manager and leasing agent of Camco Inc. In such capacity he managed and directed all operations of the one million square foot of retail industrial portfolio. He also oversaw management of the various residential communities and ran the daily operations of the business. From August 1995 to May 2000 he was the principal owner of Gold's Gym Fitness & Health Center in Middletown, New York.. Mr. Goldberg holds a degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York.

From 1992 through 1994, Mr. Bonar served in various executive positions and as a director for Dalrada. From 1991 to 1992, Mr. Bonar was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Bezier Systems, Inc., a San Jose, California-based manufacturer and marketer of laser printers. From 1990 to 1991, he was a Worldwide Sales Manager for Adaptec, Inc., a San Jose-based laser printer controller developer.
