Their Pre-Paid local telephone service (dial tone) allows customers and businesses to make and receive local calls, initiate collect, toll free, and 911 calls, receive non-collect long distance calls and initiate outgoing long distance calls using phone cards. Additional features such as Call Waiting, Call Forwarding and Return Call can be added for nominal additional charges. As the service is pre-paid, no deposits, credit checks, or identification are ever needed!

How our Program works - Everybody's Phone Company (EPC) provides local telephone service to sub-prime credit customers and businesses who have been denied access by their local providers, or to those individuals who do not wish to purchase services from their Regional Bell Operating Company. The service is provided on a pre-paid basis before monthly service begins, therefore eliminating deposit requirements, credit checks, ID, or social security questions. EPC is a reseller of local telephone service. It leases telephone lines from the local telephone provider (operating company) and resells services to you on a pre-paid basis.

What they offer - Enjoy unlimited Local Calling*, initiation of long distance collect calling, long distance calling using simple phone cards, access to local toll-free 800 numbers, and critical 911 emergency calls. Additional sign-up options include Call Waiting, 3-way Calling, non-published numbers, and Caller-ID. No deposit, credit check or ID is required. To start, you simply fill out an application form from one of our authorized local retail distributors and pay the activation fee and the first month's service charge. Any credit problems or unpaid bills associated with previous companies including telephone providers will not affect your service.

Prior to organizing Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corporation in July 1997; Mr. Bethke previously was employed over the past twenty (20) years by various telecommunications companies including: Everon America, MobileComm (a Bell South Company), Houston Telephone & Paging, Dallas Telephone and Paging; and Houston Cellular Telephone Company Mr. Bethke was involved with sales, marketing and management of consumer electronics products and services companies since the late 70's. Mr. Bethke attended Indiana University.

Vice President/CFO
Mr. Norman George, Mr. George was formally the Director and Chief Financial Officer of Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corporation (ATCT.pk) a publicly traded small cap stock on the "Pink Sheets" exchange. Mr. George was hired as Chief Financial Officer of ATCT on September 1, 1998. Prior to joining the Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corporation, he was self -employed with ownership interest in numerous retail companies over the past thirty (30) years. Peat, Marwick and Mitchell formerly employed Mr. George for 5 years as a retail consultant. He is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Accounting

Overview

Everybody's Phone Company offers local and long distance service on a prepaid basis. Specifically, local services include a "bare bones" product providing unlimited local dial tone and 911 emergency access with the option of several customer calling features, for an additional fee, including Call Waiting, Caller ID, Call Forwarding and Speed Dialing. These features may be purchased individually or in a package at reduced rates.

Everybody's Phone Company purchases phone services from the incumbent local exchange carrier at deep discounts (currently up to 26%) and resells the service on a prepaid basis at a premium, allowing attractive profit margins. The markets are households without phone service due to lack of credit history or a poor credit history, and/or the inability to pay a deposit.
