NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
The Invicta Group has partnered up with Les Walgreen to create a new product development division. Les worked for the Walgreen Co. starting as a stock boy at age 16. By the age of 25, he was involved in the store systems of the Marketing Systems & Development department. In 1995, Les started Walgreens.com and it immediately made an impact on recruitment and by 1996 had the very first scannable coupons for customers to print and take to the stores. By mid 1996 Les founded Manta Media, a web, print and multimedia design and marketing fim. Les is also a Partner in the Cold Mountain Group, Maxwell Street, LLC, and Peaux Deaux Products and Peaux Deaux Productions.

Dr. Madison received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Med from Morehouse College in 1976. He attended Chicago Medical School receiving his medical degree in 1981. Completing an internship, residency, and fellowship at the prestigious, University of Chicago Hospital and Clinics, he is Board Certified in Pain Management. His fellowship was completed at The University of Chicago Hospital in Critical Care, Pulmonary Medicine, and Pain Management. He has served as Medical Director of Critical Care Services at Memorial Hospital in Michigan City, Indiana, Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy at St. Anthony's Hospital in Michigan City, Indiana and Medical Director of Emergency Medicine, Chief of Anesthesia, Chairperson in Critical Care and Emergency Services and Staff Anesthesiologist at Memorial Hospital in Northwest Indiana. Dr. Madison has lectured extensively at medical seminars and has writ-ten extensively on the subject of Pain Management for medical publications. He continues to engage in research focusing on improving currently accepted pain management techniques. Dr. Madison is a member of many professional organizations including the American Medical Association. He was formerly affiliated with the University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics as Clinical Assistant Professor of Pain Management, Anesthesiology and Critical Care. Dr. Paul Madison continues to be recognized as Chicago's premier Pain Management Specialist.
JASON BOCCINO V.P. of Medical Operations
Prior to opening The Firm, Mr Boccino was the President of Millennium Collection Corporation for 10 years 1999 to 2009. Mr. Bocchino successfully worked to revamp both collection tactics and customer access to permit increased collect ability of accounts and client access to information. He simultaneously created the framework for customer education regarding the placement of collection ac-counts. Mr Bocchino and his staff provide clients with consultation services over the entire accounting and billing processes that have literally cut some customer DSO's in half. In his current capacity as GM of the Water Towere Surgery Center, Mr. Eboli oversees the repositioning and restructuring of the nationally acclaimed, Water Tower Surgery Center (WTSC), located on Michigan Avenue in the heart of Chicago's famed Magnificent Mile. Mr. Messinger began his career with IMAGE as a marketing associate in 2007. After success with event, print, and online marketing campaigns for IMAGE and the parent company, Brad went on to become the Assistant Publisher of IMAGE magazine in 2008. He is currently the Editor in-Chief, responsible for supervision of editorial staff, planning of editorial direction, and scheduling and execution of publication goals. He also heads marketing programs for the parent company and serves as a marketing consultant for STL Marketing Group. Preceding his career at IMAGE, Mr. Messinger executed sales initiatives and bid procurement for a division of VWR International. Mr. Messinger holds a B.A. degree from Eastern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from Roosevelt University.
STEVEN M. ST. LOUIS President of STL Graphics Group
Mr. St. Louis began his career in 1990 as a Navy Corpsman in the United States Marine Corps infantry. He was part of an elite amphibious recon unit and served in Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield. Mr. St. Louis received the Kuwait Free-dom Medal, a Combat Action Ribbon, and 12 Accommodations for his service. Following his career in the United States military, Mr. St. Louis attended Illinois State University from 1994-1997. He started St. Louis Packaging in 1997 and is currently President of St. Louis Packaging, Inc. and STL Graphics Group.
GREG KARDASZ Vice President of STL Graphics Group
Mr. Kardasz got his start in the printing business in 1982 working as a feeder on a 40" six-color press. He has worked in virtually every facet of printing and in 2002 he came to STL Graphics Group with more than 20 years of prepress, press room, bindery, and sales experience. His broad range of printing experience has helped STL improve overall operations and has made him a valuable resource for all our clients. Mr. Kardasz is currently Vice President of STL Graphics Group.
KEVIN PIEMONTEVice President of Sales
Mr. Piemonte has more than 14 years of successful outside sales experience. He worked for one of the largest packaging master distributers in North America, producing over $5 million in sales in Illinois alone. He leveraged his industry experience and proven account management skills to open and expand the distributer's base of national accounts. In 2002, he joined St. Louis Packaging, Inc., and his expertise has helped more than double sales. He is currently Vice President of Sales.

Patrick Farah has extensive experience in transforming a company's image and identity to best serve the companies long term needs. Mr. Farah as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of a Neutraceutical Supplement and Distribution company, and successfully increased the business's revenues to $50 Million and built a 124,000 distribution network in a three year period. He artfully created and developed full length infomercials, full page newspaper ads and direct mailings. This comprehensive direct marketing effort successfully transformed this company and led to its' sale. Mr. Farah also ran finance sales and internet marketing for Koon Automotive Group and NFM Mortgage. He was instrumental in funding 6000 loans in a five year period. After his experience at Koon, he was able to launch a successful energy drink called BooKoo. At BooKoo, Mr. Farah acted as the CMO and developed the companies marketing strategy. This energy drink company was sold and his investor received a sizable four times return.
Most recently, Mr. Farah co-founded US First Energy. At US First Energy, he acted as CFO and CMO, he was instrumental in closing the company's exclusive partnership with Suez Energy. Suez Energy is one of the top 100 largest companies in the world. Mr. Farah's company was the exclusive retail sales vendor for Suez Energy in the United States. US First Energy at the direction of Mr. Farah, total contract value with Suez was over $400 million, over 15 times the volume of Suez's previous vendor. With an anticipated residential base of 50,000 customers, US First Energy achieved the prestige's title of top First Choice Power's sales broker. US First Energy has offices in Dallas, Houston, Corpus, Chicago, New York and Maryland.
